Staying on Track

Last night I did another short run, 3.43  my legs were still feeling fatigued from the previous two runs.  I think the snow/ice has taken it's toll just making it a little bit more difficult to run and it's now catching up with me.  I am undecided if I am going to take today off yet. I will probably try to go another 3 or 4 miles which is behind the schedule I want to be at but still it's a run that I'd be getting in.

Hmmm it doens't seem like you're off to a good start on this challenge. I don't want to cast judgement as it's only January 8th but still. You better get moving. Or more appropriately, running.

Listen I didn't plan on starting out ahead of the game. I'm still getting back into shape. Once I get up to running 60+ mile weeks I'll catch up pretty quickly, it shouldn't take longer than by the end of Feb that I am running that.
